Shipping and payment

According to Clause 22 of Art. 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a consumer is a natural person who purchases, orders, uses, or intends to purchase or order products for personal needs that are not directly related to business activities or the performance of the duties of an employee.

In case of shortage and/or improper condition of the product, according to the Law of Ukraine, the client has 14 calendar days to return it. We advise you to check the product immediately after receiving it, under the supervision of a branch employee or courier.

As explained in clauses 1 and 6 of the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine dated April 12, 1996 under No. 5 "On the practice of consideration of civil cases based on claims for the protection of consumer rights", a consumer whose rights are protected on the basis of the Law is only a citizen (physical a person) who purchases, orders, uses or intends to purchase or order goods (works, services) for his own household needs.

2. Payment upon receipt (Cash on delivery):

- Payment according to the invoice for LLC or FOP. The account is valid for 3 days from the moment of registration.

We offer the following payment options:

The manager provides additional instructions for receiving the goods, recording defects, and issuing primary accompanying documents for each order.

The availability, completeness, and quality of the goods are checked immediately after receipt, under the supervision of a branch employee or courier.

In the case of production of goods to order, delivery terms are agreed upon.

The terms of import of products to order are 6-8 weeks, depending on the factory and remoteness.

The term of delivery of products abroad is from 7 working days. Agrees on the project with the manager.

The delivery time to other regions of Ukraine is 3-5 days, depending on the recipient's city.

The standard delivery time in Kyiv is 1-3 days

Delivery terms:

If your order is urgent and needs immediate processing, please inform the manager and we will do our best to fulfill it as soon as possible.

Delivery to other cities is possible by Nova Poshta and Delivery at the carrier's rates. When shipping, the product is insured for the full value and packed according to the carrier's standards. Fragile goods need additional time, therefore the terms of sending bulk orders by courier services usually require +1 day for packing.

Special conditions for free delivery in Kyiv and Ukraine apply to regular dealer customers.

Delivery in Kyiv is carried out by our own delivery service or Nova Poshta.

By agreement, you can quickly organize and plan self-pickup from these locations. The details and location of pickup are agreed directly with the manager.

The main warehouse, showroom and retail stores are located in Kyiv.

If the order is confirmed before 12:00, the shipment will be made the same day. The exception is large orders that require prior movement from the showroom or store to the main warehouse.

We ship your orders every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Return

We advise you to inspect the product immediately after receiving it, under the supervision of a branch employee or courier.

In case of shortage or damage and/or improper condition of the product, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine, we provide 14 calendar days for exchange or return.

The order is shipped only if the buyer provides a properly executed power of attorney with the seal and signature of the manager.
