Soy stands are designed for brewing coffee in copper cezves directly over an open flame or gas burner (burner not included). They allow one or several cezves to be used simultaneously, making them ideal for cafés, coffee shops, and home brewing alike. These stands are especially useful when cooking surfaces are not compatible with copper cookware, as copper cezves are not suitable for induction or most electric cooktops, but can be used with a heat adapter or over an open flame using a dedicated stand.
